For guests without prior reviews or recommendations, we require a refundable deposit of at least $200 or 20% of the total booking price. The security deposit may be retained for the following:  > Additional cleaning  > Damages or missing items >  Unauthorized late check-out You will receive a resolution request for the security deposit, which MUST be settled prior to check-in. It will be refunded 24 hours after check-out time.
