Maison Aunac invites you to relax with the whole family at their peaceful home-from-home in the heart of the beautiful French countryside. Spacious and comfortable, this imposing three storey Charentais stone town house is within walking distance of local amenities including a restaurant, bakery, bar and shops. Many tourist attractions, such as Futuroscope, the historic city of Angouleme, beaches of the Maritime and the airports of Limoges and Poitiers are within easy driving distance. The space The property is accessed via an impressive private entrance hallway. All ground floor rooms lead off from this, including a lounge, formal dining room and country kitchen for casual dining. The lounge is equipped with a television and free wifi is available throughout. The kitchen offers eye level electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine and tea/coffee making facilities. There are four bedrooms on its first floor, two with king size beds, one of which has an ensuite shower room. There is additionally a standard double and a cosy double featuring a traditional French 'sleigh'-style bed. Three of the rooms have garden views. A light and airy family suite consisting of one single bed and a cosy double is situated on the top floor and can be made available at the customer's request. A travel cot and high chair are also available should you require them (cot bedding is not supplied). Guest linen and towels are provided at no additional charge. In the attractive and secluded rear garden, a private in-ground pool and sun loungers/outdoor furniture should be perfect for those hot summer days relaxing with a cocktail or two! To keep the children amused, you'll find a selection of inflatables and poolside games. Guest access The entire house and its private gardens are accessible to guests. Private parking is available on site at the rear of the property. Other things to note The property is fitted with a secure key safe to enable entry and exit. The unique code will be sent at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
