One of the best buildings in Tucacas is Nautilus Park, since it has a fairly large pool area with a slide and grills for barbecue. Located just 5 minutes from the town of Tucacas. The building has an electrical plant that only powers common areas. It also has a water Tank but there is rationing depending on the season, for this we have a Cylinder Tank inside the apartment. Here they don't charge extra to use the grills, and the bracelets are only $2 while in others they charge $5. The space Inside the apartment we have a Cylindrical Tank for cases in which the water runs out. Integral air. Television 43” in the livingroom with Netflix. The main room also has a 32” Smart TV. In the photos it does not appear yet because we have to update. Equipped electric kitchen (no oven) with Blender, Microwave, Coffee maker. Guests need to bring their own coffee, sugar, salt and oil. We include some games for children and also inflatables for adults and youth. The apartment has a Dryer. The air is integral and cools very well, sometimes when I go I turn it off because it makes me very cold. The apartment is distributed as follows: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room-dining room. 1.- Main Room: It has two double beds, a single bed and a bathroom. Smart TV 32”. 2.- Double Room: With a double bed. 3.- Room with 3 beds. One double bed, two singles. 4.- In the living room there is a single duplex sofa. That is, individual mattress up and down as well. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. Guest access Swimming pool up to 10pm. Beach access from the building. Until 5pm. Parking on the premises, with security guard. 2 stalls. There are 3 Parrilleras. They have a Caney to be in the shade. A children's park. Other things to note The beds are delivered with linen and some blankets. Tenants must bring their towels. We provide 1 small hotel kit that includes: Toilet paper, small shampoo and soap. Please bring your own coffee, salt, oil, sugar. You have to pay for bracelets $2 per person, it is a single payment. This is charged one day before entry. Most buildings in Tucacas charge $5 and even charge extra for using the grill, this is not the case here. It is not a Resort or 5 Star hotel. We do everything humanly possible to offer the best service. It is not a building suitable for guests with hotel requirements. Pets are not accepted in the building. An exception is made only if it is small and kept inside the apartment. There is no elevator. To get to the building they must go through a dirt road that if it is rainy season will surely be full of water, but we always pass by a side. If you arrive after 4pm you will pay an extra $10 for the key lady's taxi.
