Whether you are coming to Corpus Christi on vacation or work, you’ll want to stay in this hidden treasure. Our home offers amenities needed for six; 3 bedrooms/one bath, privacy fence, gated carport, well maintained lawn with blooming flowers and young trees. Enjoy a bbq using the grill and picnic table. Our house is close to the downtown district, bay front, and Magee beach. Padre Island is a 20-30 minute drive. The hosts live in the back house which is completely separate from the AirBnB. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. While we welcome children, we do not provide a portable crib or highchair. The living room is equipped to seat six comfortably and the dining room table accommodates six as well. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are bath towels and beach towels for six guests. Guests have full access to carport, bbq grill and picnic table located in rear of carport, and small back deck with table and chairs. Guests will be provided with host and cohost phone numbers who will be readily available. When host and cohost are not available, guests will be provided with name and number of assistant who will step in. Upon arrival guests will be greeted at home location where they will be given keys. Same for retrieving the keys upon checkout. An older neighborhood where many residents have resided here their entire lives. The majority of the homes are wooden structures. Many of the residents take great pride in their homes which are well maintained while others are in need of repair. The house sits on a quiet street. A Catholic Church is around the corner and there’s several businesses close by which includes restaurants and grocery stores. Very close and easy access to expressway. You will see people walking on the streets, but our home is gated and there have never been any incidents where safety has been an issue. The carport accommodates up to three midsize vehicles. Parking on the street in front of the house is allowed
