My studio flat is located right next to the UNESCO world heritage Victorian model village of Saltaire and by the Leeds-Liverpool canal / River Aire. This historic gem offers a peaceful retreat with charming architecture, boutique shops, and riverside walks. Perfect for history lovers, couples, and families seeking a tranquil yet culturally rich escape. Shipley train station is across the road with a 10 minute train ride to Leeds station. Free parking on Wainman street next to the building. The space Please note this is a self contained open plan studio flat with one double bed and 2 person sofa bed. It has an open plan kitchen and lounge area and en-suite bathroom. I tried to create a lovely boutique type of accommodation with a style of its own. Perfect for professionals working in the area, a romantic get away or a family break in Yorkshire. There is ample space for two people to eat, sleep and comfortably enjoy the premises. There is a simple easy to open double sofa bed that allows for up to a Maximum of 4 people to stay too. So you can bring friends or children. Guest access There is 24/7 free parking on Wainman street at the back of the building. There is a keysafe next to the main door via which guests can self check in. The keysafe is on the right as you face the black front door to building no. 2 wharf street marked Sid. The property is accessed via 3 steps to a main building door on 2 wharf street. Once inside there is a flight of steps to the first floor and the flat door is marked no.4 on the first landing on the left. There is secure intercom access for any visitors / guests. There is also a video door bell. Other things to note The heating and water runs on economy 7. Guests can boost this by turning the 1 hour boost on the timer above the washing machine area. Please also turn the switch next to the storage heater on for heating. A convector heater can be supplied if required. There is a clothes drying airer and a mop in the wardrobe area, also hair dryer and iron. There’s books and board games for entertainment as well as a smart tv and wifi. There is an Aldi, Lidl, Tesco and Asda within 2 minutes walk from the property. There are plenty of posh restaurants and fast food outlets including Mc Donald’s within walking distance. The property has a video doorbell that records people entering and leaving the flat. It is located on the front door.
