The space The cabin includes: - Outdoor Projector (for movies & hot tub) - Porch - Patio Area - Hot tub - Swings The 80-acre property includes (these are shared): - Stocked pond (for fishing, swimming, or boating) - Pedal boat, paddleboard & kayak - Hiking trails - Farm animals - Covered pavilion - Playground - Yard Games - Creek The common area is shared by host and other guests. The common area is available to you as well. Check out our Airbnb treehouses on our property: Piney Woods Treehouse & Creekside Treehouse. *Please note the Cabin is attached to our ranch hand Jessica’s Cabin. She will NEVER enter your cabin nor use any of your cabin’s amenities. She has been with us for many years, she takes care of our animals, helps maintain the 80 acres, and cleans and stocks the cabins. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Guest access The 80-acre property is mostly wooded, with trails and a creek. The 20-acre homestead area is open with a pond, covered pavilion, farm animals, and playground. Other things to note **Pets: we only accept small dogs and only by pre-approval. No more than 1 pet. There’s a $45 pet fee. Pet must be on a leash when outside of cabin, and should NOT be left alone in the cabin unless crated. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture out of respect for other guest who may have allergies.
