You will have your own room w/ a private entrance & the comfiest king bed in town. You will also share additional common areas (including 1 full bathroom and 1 half bath) w/ myself & other guests. YOUR DOWNSTAIRS PRIVATE BEDROOM: King sized bed, private entrance, air conditioner, memory foam mattress, hotel quality bedding, desk, 55" inch Roku TV w/ Netflix. SHARED DOWNSTAIRS KITCHENETTE & 1/2 BATH & LAUNDRY: Multi-functional room contains kitchenette & toilet, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker w/ complimentary coffee. Laundry machines are also available from 3pm to 9pm for $5/load which includes detergent, bleach, & fabric softener. SHARED UPSTAIRS FULL BATHROOM: Cleaned daily, hotel quality towels, bathtub, hair dryer, essentials included. SHARED UPSTAIRS FULL KITCHEN: Use as you please. Has everything that the kitchenette has + standard appliances. A variety of snacks are available for purchase for $1-2, as well as canned soda & bottled water for $1 each, cash only. SHARED UPSTAIRS LIVING & DINING ROOM: 6 person dining table, couches, 55" Roku TV, dart board, Foosball table, & a decent selection of tabletop games. SHARED OUTDOORS: There's a balcony w/ seating area, and a screened patio w/ couches, dining table, a 32" Roku TV. Guest access You have full access to all common areas. The only areas that are off limits are the other bedrooms, the garage, the storage patio, & the north side of the balcony which is reserved for the master suite. During your stay I keep to myself, but my bedroom is in the building out back if you need anything. You probably won't see me. Other things to note FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Q) How far are you from _____? A) I am located near the intersection of 78th Avenue & 66th Street. Your map app/site can tell you the rest. Q) What's the nearest beach? A) Madeira Beach is 7.4 miles away & takes about 15 minutes to get to. Q) Can I check in early? A) You can drop-off items & use the common areas no sooner than 11am. As far as your bedroom goes, noon check-in is available for $20. If you would to exercise this option, please let me know as early as possible to guarentee scheduling. Q) Can I check in late? A) It is self check-in w/ a code lock. Anytime after 4pm is fine. Q) Can I check out late? A) You can use the common areas until 3pm. As far as the bedroom goes, 10:30am at the absolute latest, but housekeeping will be coming in to get the sheets at 10:00am. Q) Can I book long term? A) 31 days maximum stay and all bookings must be completed through the Airbnb platform. Q) Can I adjust the temperature? A) No. The thermostat is locked on a schedule. It's set to 75F during the day and goes down to 69F at night. Q) Are service animals allowed? A) Service animals are allowed if they have been trained to perform work or a task that you require because of a disability. Emotional support animals are not allowed. Service animals must never to be left home alone.
