Former private residence, full of collections and personal charm. The apartment is on the ground floor and has easy access to the courtyard. The Master bedroom (king bed) connects to the front sitting area. The rear bedroom connects to the dining and rear sitting area. Both bedrooms are off a hall with the 1/2 bath and separate shower room. We charge NO additional cleaning fee. The space The entire apartment is available for use, larger parties can also book upstairs or next door. All rooms connect so you can open up the entire space if you want. Full well equipped kitchen is also available. The unit has a 1/2 bath and a separate shower room. We hope you will support the numerous restaurants in Downtown but if you want to cook please feel free! Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas of the apartment and Courtyard. The Courtyard is shared by all three AirBnB apartments and the owner. Other things to note The Law Office building 716-718 was built c.1870. It was the owners’ personal residence until early 2021. The apartment contains personal antiques from dedicated collectors. For long-term stays, additional maid service is available (fees may apply). Our guests in the summer also have access to a “member only” pool in downtown Natchez Pool has a lifeguard- and requires parental supervision.
