Great location between Daytona Beach and Orlando, the best of both worlds within 30 minutes! You will enjoy the personal touches and décor this home has to offer. You will be pleased with these new cozy beds and very quiet, relaxing space. Downtown Deland offers many great restaurants with a wide variety of options. Grocery stores and Walmart are also within close proximity. If you want to park your boat on the property, feel free, we are not far from the intercostal for fishing or a day of fun on the famous disappearing island!  The space:  The home is a 3-bedroom 2 bath home with only access to two of the three bedrooms. (The 3rd bedroom is not occupied by anyone, just a locked room with no guest access.) Bedroom 1 offers a king bed with an attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed. Both bedrooms have closet space and furniture to put clothes away. The laundry room offers a washer and dryer. Please only use liquid detergent and dryer sheets provided. The property includes space for a 24ft boat or RV if needed. (No outdoor hook ups at this time).  You will have access to the entire home minus the locked bedroom. Things to do:  Downtown Deland shops and stores.   Deleon springs state park (home of the pancake house and grist mill).   Hontoon Island state park with free access via a quicky ferry ride across the St. Johns River.   Blue springs state park.  Daytona beach and the world -famous Daytona speedway Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Guests will not have access to 3rd guest bedroom.
