Enter from the peaceful back patio. Cozy area rugs, warm lighting and cheerful wall art welcome you. Everything is very functional: both the large living area and the bedroom have their own dedicated desk/workspace areas with LED lighting and USB ports to charge all of your devices. Modern amenities include 65" Smart TV and fast WiFi. The dining area is central, cozy and perfect for 2-3 people. The stocked kitchen maximizes counter space and storage space. There is plenty of free street parking right in front of the house. The Suite sleeps 4-5 comfortably featuring 3 comfy beds: Queen 10" thick memory foam bed in bedroom, full sofa bed with 4" foam topper in living room and twin 8" thick memory foam bed in extra study room. The dedicated laundry area is just outside the kitchen and features a high-capacity washer and dryer. The suite is completely private. Guest access You will have full access to the entire Suite including large living/dining area, Queen bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry/lounge area, extra study room and huge private patio. Other things to note The house has 2 units so you will hear occasional noise from the upstairs tenants which may include talking and footsteps. Upstairs tenants have agreed to all the same House Rules including Quiet Hours 10pm-8am daily, No Shoes in the house and No Smoking.
