There is also 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd level, one with two twin beds and the other has a king bed. The air conditioner is controlled by a smart “Nest” sensor and will cut on and off every time you leave the house and return called “Eco Mode”. This is to conserve energy as some guests do not respect the utilities of a rental home. For example, a guest leaving the air conditioner or heat on its highest temperature while windows and doors are open. Therefore, this way will prevent this from happening. Each guest does have access to the air conditioning controls to set these limits personally. All units in the home are controlled by touch screen Nest devices. Summerhill has EXPLODED with new development and business throughout. From brand new grocery stores and restaurants to new modern homes and new luxury apartment living making the neighborhood extremely walkable. Our favorite, is the New Publix grocery store that was just finished last month. 2 streets away. I love to cook my own food and having an upscale grocery store practically across the street is a LIFE SAVER! The Poach Social. A local brunch restaurant with a delicious menu such as Salmon Croquettes, Shrimp and Grits, or their famous Chicken and Waffles. We’ve established a relationship with the restaurant and offer discounts off your first visit. There’s a flyer inside, and tell them you’re staying in the Skyline Luxe rental a block over. They’ll be delighted to have you. Next door is a great place for dinner called Talat Market. Their full head on Grouper is truly something special. The ambience is perfect for an evening meal in the sunset. Woods Chapel BBQ. Smokehouse and brewery. Great food and atmosphere with a game room that adds fun to your experience. Junior’s Pizza. You can’t miss it. Always a great time and great people. The pizza is delicious. Try the Apple Cider 🍺😋. Hot Dog Pete’s. The Chicago dog is the best hands down for me. If you know Chicago then you will not be disappointed. Maepole for a healthier comfort food choice. Rice bowls with veggies and choice of protein. Great atmosphere. Hero Doughnuts and Buns for breakfast and a quick brunch. Don’t forget to grab a coffee for a jumpstart to your day. D Boca N Boca is your into Spanish food. Delicious. Again these are all within walking distance which we recommend so that you can enjoy the neighborhood as it explodes with its new culture.
