Enjoy your stay! :) The space Located on the 4ᵉ floor (no lift) of a small, quiet and friendly condominium in the heart of this village-like area, the flat comprises: - a bedroom with a double bed ; - a bathroom ; - separate wc; - a semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen - and a lounge area for relaxing after a day out. You'll particularly appreciate the peace and quiet and the typically Parisian view. The apartment is equipped with wifi, television, iron and ironing board, two fans and all the accessories you need for your stay. The flat is close to metro lines 6, 8 and 10. Line 8 takes you to Opéra, Le Marais, Concorde and the trendy 11th arrondissement in just a few minutes. With line 10, you'll be just 5 stations from Saint-Germain des près and the lively Odéon. Line 6 (the prettiest line in Paris, thanks to the aerial metro) takes you to the Trocadéro, one of the most famous esplanades in Paris. You'll find a Franprix and a Monoprix supermarket a few metres from the building for your daily shopping, and a host of small shops (butchers, bakers, grocers, greengrocers, etc.) all along the rue du Commerce, at the bottom of the building.
