On the ground floor there are common areas; kitchen with dining room and living area, Finnish sauna including cooling room, showers and toilet. There are two apartments on the first floor; each has its own room with a double bed and a sofa bed for children and its own separate bathroom. Here, every family will find their privacy. Forest is located in a quiet location of the village, there are meadows and forests nearby, there is complete peace and quiet and the evening sky is full of stars. There is a lockable shelter for skis or bicycles, including power supply for electric bicycles, next to the house. In front of the house there is a covered pergola with a grill, where you can spend the evenings. The kids will use the outdoor slide. In summer, you can sit by the fireplace. Wood is included in your stay. Guest access Guests can use the entire property (Finnish sauna included) including outdoor seating with barbecue. In the garden there is a fireplace with seating and a slide for children. Other things to note Please note that before or during check-in, I collect a refundable deposit of 10,000 CZK (400 EUR) as a deposit for electricity and in case of damage to the equipment in the house. It can be sent to the account or handed over in cash. The price of the stay does not include electricity consumption, which is paid at the end of the stay according to the meter reading. In addition, an adult pays a 40 CZK/night fee (tourist tax) to the municipality of Staré Město.
