Located on a 6-acre forested lakefront lot, with her own sandy beach, 8 ppl hot tub & fire pit, she has everything to make your stay memorable. The entire villa and grounds are yours to enjoy during your stay. It's the perfect place to reconnect with your tribe. Rosa is wheelchair accessible & comes fully equipped -BBQ, kitchen equipment, towels, bedding, 2 paddleboards and + The space Villa Rosa sets the standard for eco-living, everyone should experience it at least once. She was designed and built by an architect whose goal for Villa Rosa was to blend in perfectly with her natural surroundings without compromising modern comfort. Rosa is a beautiful 3 story straw bale timber-framed villa that sits directly on her own exclusive private sandy beachfront site. You will enjoy entertaining in her chef-inspired kitchen and/or baking bread and pizza in a wood-fired pizza oven built into the fireplace (Oct-April only) . Enjoy her massive custom dining room table so everyone can sit together. There are also special rooms like the library for reading or working privately. Large living room with a smart 55 inch TV for movie nights. Relax in style in the custom cedar 8 people Scandinavian hot tub. Rosa was designed for you and your tribe to hide away in nature. Villa Rosa can sleep comfortably up to 15 people with 10 beds (5 queen & 5 single beds) distributed between 4 bedrooms and 2 open spaces. Villa Rosa is fully connected with High speed internet (Starlink). Her strawbuild provides comfortable temperatures year round. Guest access The entire villa is yours to enjoy during your stay. Please note that the company that cleans all the bedding, linens and towels, will access one of the sheds on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collect and drop off linens. Do not be surprised if you see their vehicle or a person accessing the shed. For longer stays please communicate with us to arrange 1 cleaning service per week. Other things to note Everything inside and out! All bedding, linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen tools, wood for campfire or fireplace depending on the season and BBQ are all included, and more.
