A dedicated entrance with wheel chair ramp and level access shower makes this ideal for all abilities. Built to a modern standard, stylishly finished in marble and with a high quality mattress, this room will leave you feeling well rested. The space This is a single room with ensuite bathroom, desk, wardrobe, tv, mini fridge and kettle. It is part of a 3 bedroom town house which overlooks a Clair Park. It is situated on the ground floor with a dedicated street level entrance. IMPORTANT: This room adjoins our family home. We have three children between four and seven. While we take measures to reduce noise, including a very heavy door between the guest room and the rest of the house, please expect some kiddie noise between 7:00am and 7:00pm if they are not at school! Guest access Guests have access to the room only. During your stay My wife and I are available for any assistance throughout your stay and provide room service daily. Because of our young children, we do not provide a breakfast, however the room has a mini fridge and we will make fresh milk and cereals available in your room at the start of your stay. There is also a Costa literally 100 yards away. Other things to note This room is adapted for my disabled son when he visits, so there is no door to the bathroom to enable a wheelchair user to move freely. The room also features ramped access to the street level. A level access shower. Easy to turn knobs in the shower. A modified bed which allows a hoist to pass underneath.
