Kick back and relax in this peaceful space as your home away from home. You will find your room with a very comfy queen size bed, blackout shades, a Smart Roku Tv, and a closet to store your things. This room is equipped with a smart lock on the door so you can rest assured your items will be safe. Please feel at home to use the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, & a great patio to enjoy the weather! 30 day minimum. The space When you enter the home, you will find the living room at the end of the walkway and the large open kitchen to your right. Your bedroom can be found down the hall, to the right of the shared bathroom and is the room on the left. You will have find a comfortable queen size bed, a Smart TV, & a closet to store your things. Most times there are likely to be other travelers renting a room in our home so you will be sharing the common areas with others. There is a large, open concept kitchen and dining room, and a living room with a 65 inch TV as a common space for everyone to use. Our kitchen has just about everything you need to cook or bake so please feel free to use what you find! Our back patio is there for your enjoyment and relaxation. Please keep in mind that we live in the desert so the furniture may be a little dusty. During the summer, our home is set to 77 in the daytime between our on peak hours of 3-7 and will be turned down incrementally to 70 for sleeping. Guest access You will have access to your room, the shared bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining area, laundry room, & the backyard and patio. During your stay We will be available to offer any help that you may be needed during your stay. Please reach out in the app messenger so we can quickly assist you. Other things to note When renting an individual room, the thermostat is placed on a schedule. During peak hours in the summer of 3pm to 7pm the home will be adjusted to stay at 77 and then brought lower as the night progresses. The home will be cooled to 70 degrees to sleep.
