Cozy bed & bath only. Great location in highly desired town of Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. Private entrance and easy parking for two cars (guest & owner). Bed & bath are blocked off from the entire house but attached. Keurig coffee maker & small fridge. Outdoor seating on patio and quiet neighborhood. There could be some sounds from resident upstairs. The living room & kitchen are directly above the rented room. Owner works from home and has a young dog. See house rules for more details. The space This is a bed and bath only, with a Keurig coffee maker and small refrigerator. No access to kitchen and no microwave. Guest access Easy parking in front for ONE guest car only. Additional car must park on street, no exceptions. Park on left side of driveway and owner will park on right. See diagram of parking in see check-in photos. Other things to note Safe quiet neighborhood. The room is blocked off by two closet doors….odd looking but works great. If it snows you could need a 4 wheel drive with snow tires and/or chains. I do have snow removal service but in the winter it might not get shoveled right away. You might have to shovel snow on the short path to the door or just walk through it.
