Ideal for young couples! The space Silvia's house is a small apartment designed for young couples. Close to the Villa D'Este Golf Club, the house is cared for in every detail, a welcoming and fashionable place. If your vacation is in August, you are even luckier: experiencing Lipomo in August means little traffic, most of the clubs will be closed, and the town is active with festivals and parties! It will be pleasant and relaxing to discover the surroundings and eat at the parties organized by the Proloco! If you want to eat at home, the kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to prepare your food. Nespresso machine, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster, Dishwasher, Traditional oven. The small room will amaze you with the snack table and two designer stools! Reading material in Italian and English and great room lighting. 42" Smart TV The sofa can be converted into a comfortable single bed if necessary (please request at the time of booking). In the bedroom you will find: a closet with hangers to store your clothes; a large desk; a king-size bed with comfortable pillows; extra blanket; extra pillows for more demanding guests. The bathroom is fabulous with its large shower equipped with multicolored ledes on the ceiling for a relaxing and restorative effect. If you need to store your bicycles or luggage before check-in, you can do so in the cellar on the ground floor; just ask. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing earplugs, I always take them with me when I travel:) Around the building there are many free parking lots, some of which can be seen from the balcony of the house. You will receive photos of the various parking lots around 12 o'clock on the day of your check-in. To reach Como, keep in mind that the buses finish the run at 10:00 pm! If you want to store your bicycle, there is a private cellar available; feel free to ask! Hot water is produced by the boiler. Be careful not to waste it because when it runs out, you will have to wait 30 minutes before you have it again.
