Happy Pleasant Home

We live in a new development in, walking distance to public transportation, grocery stores and plenty of places to eat and drink. Our place is a new construction standalone home. It has a full master kitchen and living space with a gas fireplace to keep you cozy. The space Downstairs is an open concept kitchen, living and dining area. Upstairs we 3 bedrooms: primary, guest/office and toddler room. There is also a loft, which can serve as an extra sleep or office space. There are 2 full bathrooms including a primary ensuite. Other things to note This is our primary residence that we are listing while we travel. We have a low-maintenance indoor/outdoor cat that may want to snuggle.
