ABOUT THE HOUSE: The house has six bedrooms, each bedroom has two double beds and air conditioning. The kitchens have basic equipment: Cutlery, pans, plates and glasses enough for 24 guests. Accommodation layout Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a full bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full bathroom. Bedroom 6 has a full bathroom. It's a mirror house. The two remaining bathrooms (they are complete) and are distributed in the pool areas for guests' use, they are designed so that they do not have to enter the rooms wet after using the pool. This home does not have hot water, please take this into account. Guest access You can use all the areas shown in the photographs except the service rooms, as we no longer have laundry service. When you arrive and park your cars, we ask you to leave the blue mats on both sides of the parking lot clear, as our two machine rooms are there. If they are obstructed, our pool attendant will have to wake you up very early to be able to prepare the pool. If both doors are manually locked at night, our pool attendant will not be able to enter. If the pool is not cleaned for this reason, we are not responsible. Other things to note This home does not include daily or intermediate housekeeping. The cleaning fee that appears in the app corresponds only to the cleaning carried out at the end of the stay. The published photographs clearly describe the place, the main avenue and the entrance to the subdivision. The house is located within a developing subdivision. It is very safe. The feeling of the place is about the daily life of a town absorbed by the development of a growing city. It is very quiet and allows you to enjoy peace and quiet. If you are not familiar with village life, I suggest you DO NOT RENT. -Music and moderate noise after 10pm. -Parking lots are for four medium-sized cars. -The pool services are recurrent, so the pool attendant goes daily in the morning, he has keys and his name is Alejandro. - Does not include daily housekeeping. When leaving the accommodation, please leave the kitchen with no dirty dishes, otherwise there will be an additional cost. -2 towels are provided per room, giving a total of 12 towels. *Our towels are not mops. If my staff detects that they were used as a mop or mat, they will be charged as new. The cost of the towel is $150 MX each. -All bedrooms have air conditioning. *Follow the instructions sent upon arrival. -The bedding is only sheets, consider it. -Two hotel soaps are provided per bathroom, giving a total of 12 soaps. -Only one toilet paper is provided per bathroom, take it into account. -The kitchens have basic cooking utensils: Dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender... If you need to do something more elaborate I suggest you bring what you need. If you bring pets and my cleaning or maintenance staff detects that they have climbed on the beds or armchairs, that they are left alone in the accommodation in the living room or bedrooms and with the air conditioners on, there will be an additional cost of $500 pesos for cleaning and electricity expenses. Remember that pets cannot be left alone in the accommodation, it is the guest's responsibility to bring a place where they can rest. About the air conditioners: They must be turned off (mandatory) if you are not in the accommodation. The rooms cool down in less than 10 minutes, so there is no need to leave them on if you will not be in the rooms. It is important to keep them at a temperature of 23 degrees Celsius. Even if the temperature is lowered, the room will not cool down further. Instead, the pipes will freeze and, instead of drawing cold air, they will draw water. Please take this into account. The pool cleaning and maintenance staff are authorized to turn off the air conditioners from outside the rooms if they are left on and no one is in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance and if the air conditioning is left on when no one is in the accommodation, an extra fee ranging from $500 MX to $1,000 MX will be charged at the host's discretion.
