Our guests come here to enjoy the peace and quiet. From the cottage, you have a 600-meter walk through the Friseboda nature reserve with pines, blueberry bushes and sand dunes to the sea. Wide, lovely sandy beach to enjoy, all year round. The Skåneleden hiking trail and the Sydostleden bike trail are just around the corner. The space The annex is filled with light and simplicity. Here you can live comfortably on your own or bring your whole little family with you. If you come by car, you park right next to the cottage. The combined kitchen and living room are characterized by the light from the large windows and the lovely view. As an extension of the room, you can easily slide one of the windows aside and step out onto the large wooden deck. Maybe with the first cup of coffee in the morning? In the living room/kitchen there is kitchen furniture and a comfortable sofa bed. The small bedroom is filled with a comfortable bed with room for two. There is also an exit to the wooden deck. Above the kitchen and bathroom is a cozy loft with comfortable beds on the floor. Sleeps 5 people: Double bed (160 cm) Two beds in the loft (2x80 cm) A sofa bed (140 cm) Duvets and pillows are available. Bring your own bedclothes. Sheets in sizes 160, 2x80 and 140 cm. There is a possibility to rent bed linen, please send a request in a message. Kitchen: equipped for everyday life and vacation. Kitchen towel, dish detergent, salt, black pepper and oil are provided. Fully tiled bathroom with shower. Smaller towels are available. Bring your own bath towels. There is a possibility to rent bath towels, please send a request in a message. Patio with seating and kettle grill for charcoal. Charcoal is available. Please note that bed linens are not included. Please note that the guest is expected to leave the cottage in a tidy condition. Guest access The guest house is located next to our vacation home. The garden is a pine forest. The patio is large with comfortable seating. Other things to note The guest house is located next to a very quiet street. Somewhat more traffic during the summer. The property is not fenced. We, and our neighbors, live here because we appreciate a peaceful and quiet environment. Please note that final cleaning is not included.
