A bright and stylish efficiency studio apartment at a budget price that can only be described as a hidden gem. A peaceful and low key building with a beautiful view of the park right across the street. Small kitchenette with sink, minifridge, and a few appliances for reheating food. 43" HD TV Workplace with desk and chair. The space Small 125 sq ft private efficiency studio in an 1900's Old Hollywood brick apartment building. Front door is solid and has a dead bolt. Opens into the hallway of the building. Bathrooms are shared in the hallway with other airbnb guests. There is toilet paper and cleaning supplies under the sink. They are cleaned 1-2 times a day. Laundry room downstairs. A walkable area we are located between Santa Monica and Sunset, with bus stops on the same block, this is a central base to get around LA. Guest access Free Street Parking right in front on both sides of the street. Parking is very available for LA standards. Do not park in lot. Parking spaces reserved for residents. Washer / Dryer downstairs in the back of the building. No Smoking on the property. Other things to note I prefer a day time check in. If you need to check in at night please let me know ahead of time so I can put the lockbox out front and send you different directions. Non Smoking Property. Main House Rule QUIET HOURS 10pm- 8am. No talking on the phone or coming in and out with friends being loud. No talking outside or in the halls. Keep a quiet low volume while inside the room. This building is located on a major street and has sounds from the city. Still, we cultivate a very quiet atmosphere in the building. That is the major house rule I enforce and am very strict about, I want to make sure all my guests have a good night's sleep. Most guests are really courteous and quiet and appreciate the calm environment so it's not really an issue I have to address. This space and the shared bathrooms are set up for 1 guest per room. You are welcome to have additional guests visit or stay the night occasionally, but only one person staying full time per room. The airbnb rooms have new carpet and paint. The rest of the shared spaces in the building such as the laundry room and hallways show their age. We are working on painting and improving the spaces over time.
