Additional bedrooms on the lower level with a twin over full bunk bed is perfect for the kids room, but comfortable enough for another adult couple. The living room boasts a newly remodeled modern fishing decor and fireplace. The kitchen has high end appliances, solid surface countertops and island for hosting and gathering. The main floor has a bar area, bumper pool table that converts to a poker table. This large bonus room has a large flatscreen television for movies and board games for the kids. This home has high-speed internet access, and the flat screen TVs are set up for all your entertainment apps that you need to unwind and enjoy your stay. Guest access The backyard encompasses. unbelievable views of Cedar Lake. Enjoy views from the deck or right on the shoreline. A fire pit is yours to enjoy the lake and stars after a full day out on the water. The dock is for your enjoyment with 24 hour access. Bring your own boat or rent our pontoon. Other things to note Three canoes, two kayaks, two paddle boards and lily pad are yours to enjoy during your stay. Guests can use these at your OWN RISK! There are no lifeguards on duty. This house is a perfect destination for family vacations, girls/guys getaways, staycation and holidays. Absolutely NO parties! We have to be respectful of our neighbors, the lake association and the property itself. Great area for snowmobiling as there are multiple lakes and trails surrounding the home. The ice fishing in the winter is amazing! Many species of fish, but the crappie fishing is outstanding! Fishing guides available upon request and availability.
