A quiet and well thought-out two-room apartment in a house built in 1938 with generous ceiling height and very central location – a stone's throw from the Central Station and the city center. Walking distance to NUS and University. Two separate rooms with a comfortable double bed in each provide a natural sense of calm and privacy. Walking distance to university and NUS. The suite offers two generous rooms with a comfortable double bed in each – one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The high ceiling height together with the windows gives a feeling of light and space. The two rooms provide a clear division between rest and socializing and are equally suitable for two as for a smaller group of up to four people. The suite has its own well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, hotplates, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle as well as porcelain and kitchen equipment. The suite has its own toilet and sink. Shower and washing machine are available in a separate, lockable room directly adjacent to the suite on the same floor and shared with only one other guest suite. Clean bed linens, towels, tea and instant coffee are included. This apartment suite is suitable for guests who appreciate a quiet and well thought-out accommodation and is well suited for both shorter and longer stays. Clean bed linens and towels will be provided upon your arrival, and you can easily make the bed yourself ☺️ The property has self check-in, but I am always available throughout your stay via the Airbnb app. For same-day bookings, keys are handed over according to the agreed arrival time. On hot summer days, there is a portable A/C to ensure a comfortable indoor temperature.
