Chalé Cedro/Recanto da Matta

We are located in the mountains, in the rural area of Sapucaí Mirim (south of Minas Gerais), surrounded by nature, hiking trails, waterfalls and close to tourist cities such as Santo Antônio do Pinhal (25 km), São Bento do Sapucaí (22 km) and Campos do Jordão (39 km). At Recanto da Matta, we have 3 rustic, comfortable and cozy chalets, all with a privileged view of the waterfall, which runs through our entire private space. The space Made of exposed brick, each cottage accommodates 2 to 3 people. The Cedro cottage accommodates 2 people and has a private kitchen equipped for preparing meals, with a stove, oven, minibar, microwave and various utensils. Bedroom with double bed, blanket, bed and bath linens. *Bathroom with hot shower.* Guest access In addition to the chalet and waterfall, guests can hike in the mountains, visit the neighborhood waterfalls and also visit the neighboring municipalities. Other things to note • We have Starlink Internet (Wi-Fi), working perfectly throughout the stay; • We have TV with open channels; • We are at an altitude of 1,300m, and it is usually cold at night for much of the year; • Access is via a 10 km dirt road, with some sections blocked. It is possible to arrive by ordinary car, even on rainy days; • The nearest store is 10 km away; • Our waterfall is within our private property and is for the exclusive use of our guests. It has rapids, falls and wells, so we ask for a lot of attention and caution when using it; • We do not accept pets. There are docile dogs from the neighborhood that sometimes appear in the cottage area and, to avoid possible complications related to territoriality between the animals, we do not accept pets.
