Carriage House at Seven Gables

Historic guesthouse in the cultural district of Downtown Phoenix The space Seven Gables is a 1915 English Tudor located in the Willo Historic District of Downtown Phoenix. The carriage house, located in the backyard, is 520 sf and it has a kitchen, a full bath, and a laundry room. The large main space has a queen bed, a sofa that reclines to a bed, a reading chair, a writing desk, a dresser, and a TV for streaming. . The guesthouse and adjoining outdoor spaces are equipped with high speed fiber optic internet. One reserved parking space . Guest access Guests have access to the carriage house and all outdoor spaces, including the fire pit and BBQ. In addition, you have full access to free street parking. Other things to note I have a Maine Coon named Mango. He is an indoor/outdoor cat. He does not go in the guesthouse but take note if you have allergies that act up if you come within a mile of a cat. Otherwise, you will love him! (He LOVES to be petted but he doesn't like to be picked up.)
