On the ground floor there is also a separate suite with a bathroom. The ground floor has an outdoor toilet that is easily accessible from the terrace and pool, ideal for summer days. The upper floor has a large terrace with unobstructed views of the area where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets, a living room, a laundry area, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom. On this floor there is also one of the rooms with access to another side terrace where you can sunbathe and have more privacy.
