The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The owner lives with his 2 children in the adjacent house. Warm welcome! The space Slow living on Österlenvägen - elegant and charming white stone house with plastered grey walls and cast concrete floors. Visible talk beams with 4 meters in ceiling height in the lounge room and opening panoramic windows. Here you live in the middle of the countryside with unobstructed views of the fields. Open plan with separate kitchen and bathroom with WC & Shower. We care about the environment, prio on reuse and quality over quantity. The kitchen has traces of the brewery time and is spartan but equipped with modern appliances. We are new to the location and the houses are under construction. If you're missing something, please, let me know. Charging box is at the property, cost of actual consumption. Other things to note Not child-proofed and that the residence contains a loft. Children may stay here but under the full responsibility and supervision of the parents. The sleeping loft has about 1.77 m in standing height. The residence contains several window sections and we have not darkened these because the view partly does not come into its own then. The room can therefore be experienced light during high summer, sleeping mask is available to borrow. Go off line, does not offer any TV but a great view, speakers and games. In the kitchen there is a large fridge with freezer compartment. Sink but no dishwasher. Storage in the form of hooks on the wall and clothes rail with hangers.
