The space We have a pleasant, spacious and fresh atmosphere, where you can enjoy with family and friends a luxurious villa located in the heights, with an illuminated pool with a waterfall, with capacity for up to 20 people, in addition to its ecological surroundings, its river about 4 to 5 minutes from the property. A suitable space for your longed-for events, photo sessions, as well as to rest, breathe fresh air, in addition to having an unforgettable stay and nights and much more. We have 6 rooms, each with air conditioning, a closet and an integrated bathroom with hot water, which are rented individually from a suite for couples to one for up to 5 people. They have a small anteroom with a mini fridge, sink area and individual dining room, to enjoy your included breakfast or supplies that you have prepared to consume. We also have a common dining room near the pool and space for karaoke. On the other hand, the villa is bordered and closed with a gate. Guest access You can access the specified areas for the guests that make up the villa, such as the bedrooms, bathrooms, common dining room, bar, BBQ, pool, river. On our property you can hold events as long as you request it before the reservation date, you can also enjoy a projector, karaoke, Bluetooth speaker, wifi, among others. In another order, we must emphasize that we have super easy access to the property, it is on a paved road. Note: To access the river, the guest must have a 4x4 vehicle or, failing that, a high one, for a small unpaved stretch near the arrival. Other things to note It is important to note that the cleaning fee corresponds to the cleaning carried out at the time of handing over the room and the cleaning carried out after the guests' departure. That is, for that cost you would not have a cleaning assistant during your stay if it were prolonged. If you want cleaning services during your stay, you must request it in advance and there would be an additional cost, as well as for events. Also, if you want kitchen services, you must request them in advance and they would have an additional cost. On the other hand, we must highlight that we have electricity 24 hours a day, and, in the event of an electrical failure, which does not usually happen, we have an inverter as well as an electricity generating plant.
