Welcome to our wooden house in the countryside, just 1.5 hours from Paris! Enjoy this charming house with family or friends, for weekends, quiet vacations and in a healthy environment. 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, large bathroom, comfort. Close to shops, nautical base and cultural sites. The space This timber frame house looks like a mountain chalet, but in the countryside! It thus offers a peaceful and quiet environment. It is composed of two levels, a ground floor and a converted attic. It was built and renovated following an ecological logic, using natural materials and ensuring good thermal insulation, with a heat pump-based heating source. Our house has four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own charm and decorated soberly, to allow you to have a good night's sleep after your days of discovering the region. There is also an anteroom equipped with a sofa bed for two extra people. The house has a bathroom on the ground floor with a large shower, a large bathtub and a double sink, completed by a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bathroom with toilet, for more comfort. Two offices are also available to work or to enjoy a peaceful reading moment, one on the landing of the floor, the other in one of the bedrooms on the floor. Fiber Wi-Fi available throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern, with a central island and everything you need to prepare delicious meals with local, seasonal and quality products that you can find in the shops of the village, just a five-minute drive away.
