Centrally located in the Historic Baggs Square (Just a short walk away from Wynn Hospital & Utica University Nexus Center!). This cozy space features exposed brick walls, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. Located on the fourth floor, with no elevator (great for getting those steps in!). While we do all that we can on our end to ensure that you have a comfortable and quiet stay, noise from neighbors can be unpredictable. We do encourage our guests to reach out to us if it becomes bothersome, so that we can do everything in our power to remedy the situation. We do charge an additional $35 pet cleaning fee that is separate from the nightly total. As sometimes furry friends leave hair behind and may have an accident here or there. We have free street parking available during the day along our one-way strip. For overnight parking, we have a free, brightly lit, city parking lot available. Guest access We are located in an apartment building, with a pizza shop on the ground floor. Separate entrance to the apartments. Other things to note Early check-in is available, depending on availability (subject to an additional $20 fee).
