Sports, Ski to door home, walk to centre & river

Great location just by the ski resort (summer: mountain biking, summer sledging) and 200m to river, a half hour walk to city centre. Spacious enough with big kitchen and two toilets, sauna, two separate bedroom, a spacious living room. Just one step to overcome, inside the house all rooms accessible barrier-free. Located in a forest-like park, guests have their own garden, terasse with outdoor table, bbq grill. Inside ambiente is kept in bright colours with modern spotlights from the ceiling. The space The house has a nice warm entry area where you can get dressed / undressed for the outdoor activities, store shoes, coats etc. As you enter, there is a large entry space which flows in to the spacious living room with fire place, TV, and sofa (sleeps two people too). Then there are two separate bedrooms with two single beds each. There is a spacious shower / washing space / toilet (floor heated), from which you can access the electric sauna too. There is also a small second toilet, and sink, convenient if your group is bigger. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with six chairs and a big dining table. Guest access All the house is yours during your stay. Including the outdoor areas, roofed patio with table and chairs, bbq, garden, parking just in front of the door, also for two or three cars. Other things to note Please note: the price here does not include the fee for bedding and towels. Many guests for these properties come with their own. If you want to use ours, please order them from us before your trip. For the laundry we charge a fee of 12 EUR per person. In one set is included sheet, duvet-cover, pillow-cover, hand towel and bath towel for each person. If you order these, we will request you that money via the airbnb app. If you have an electric car, please contact the host before hand so we can prepare for your charging.
