Welcome to our spacious 1-bedroom, first-floor apartment in the heart of Lyme Regis, ‘The Pearl of Dorset’. A peaceful retreat perfectly situated on Lyme Regis’ main street, you need only step outside to find an array of charming shops, quaint cafes, and excellent restaurants. There is additional accommodation (a sofa bed) in the living area allowing us to accommodate groups of 4 available by prior arrangement. The space The apartment is reached via an entrance on Lyme Regis’ historic Broad Street, then upstairs to the first floor. The elevated position and huge sash windows provide a great aerial view of the hustle and bustle of Lyme Regis’ main street whilst enjoying the peace and tranquility of this beautiful Georgian apartment. The accommodation features a tastefully furnished and decorated living space with dining area and kitchenette to one end. The large windows fill the space with natural light whilst the original features and generously proportioned rooms give this property a real ‘wow factor’. The well-equipped kitchenette, with modern appliances has all the essentials you need, whether you choose to whip up a delicious breakfast or indulge in a romantic dinner. The bedroom is elegantly furnished, featuring a comfortable king sized bed and plenty of storage to unpack and make yourselves at home. Through the bedroom you will find a modern bathroom, with shower over the full-size bath, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. Whether you're seeking a romantic seaside retreat or looking to go fossil hunting and explore the South West Coast Path, our 1-bedroom apartment in central Lyme Regis provides a great place to stay. Other things to note To check in you will need to collect the keys from the key-safe. The key safe is located at the designated parking space for the property which which is about 700m up the hill out of Lyme Regis. You are welcome to use the parking space for the duration of your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10 am. There is an additional cleaning/linen fee of £20 if the sofa bed is required. There is an additional fee of £50-£100 for keys being lost or damaged.
