Luxurious, newly remodeled 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2800 square foot house with a stunning resort-like backyard that you will never want to leave. Beautiful heated pool and spa with waterfall, water slide, and Baja shelf complete with in-water loungers. Putting and chipping green, gas fire pit, BBQ pellet grill, outdoor dining area, patio TV, corn hole, plenty of seating and conversation areas. Basketball goal in front driveway. Assorted floats and pool toys provided. Misters on patio. Inside, enjoy the pool table, arcade games (Golden Tee, Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, and more), Foosball, Xbox, TVs in all bedrooms as well as the living room and the pool table room - Hulu Live provided to give you access to 65 live tv channels, including all local channels, and high speed internet. Only 25 minutes from PHX airport, located in quiet neighborhood close to golf, shopping, parks, lakes, hiking, bike trails, etc. Cozy living room with 65 inch HD Roku tv and remote control fireplace. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, spices, blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, etc. Use the included juicer and fruit picker to enjoy fresh juice from the orange and grapefruit trees out back. There is also a wine cooler to chill your beverages. Baby equipment- Pack n Play, high chair. Master bedroom - King bed, 55" TV with Roku, walk in closet, floor fan provided for those accustomed to sleeping with white noise (as my family does), and a desk for any work needs you may have while on vacation. Bedroom 2 - King bed, Roku TV. Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, Roku TV. Bedroom 4 (Downstairs) - Queen bed, smart TV. Bedroom 5 - Queen bed, 2 sets of twin bunk beds (total of 5 beds in room). All linens, towels, blankets, pillows provided. Hair dryer in each bathroom, hair straightener in master bathroom, iron & ironing board, washer & dryer. Hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap provided in each bathroom, coffee K-cups provided for first day (guest provides their own after that). Guest access Entire home (except housekeeping closet, which will be locked). Other things to note No boat or RV parking on site but there is a garage available for your use. Do not allow children unsupervised in back yard (due to unfenced pool) or in garage (due to paint cans and pool chemicals). For an additional fee, pool is heated. Temperature will be set at 85 degrees. April/May/October - Pool heating fee is $75 per day. November/December/January/February/March - Pool heating fee is $100 per day. There is not an option to only have the pool heated for certain days of your stay. Pool heating fee request will be automatically sent unless you specifically request no pool heating. When booking, you agree to provide a copy of your government issued ID and your e-mail address so I can send you a separate rental agreement to sign. Please review the rules/policy and make sure this is the home for you as we don't want any miscommunications. Absolutely NO Parties allowed. We love our neighbors and like to keep it this way. Please note, there is noise detection software in the backyard to ensure that the property quiet hours are respected and there are exterior cameras on this property for security and liability reasons.
