As is typical in Venice, surrounding façades overlook the patio, adding to its authentic character. The bedroom/living suite has a pared-back palette, super-king bed and chaise. Italian design runs throughout, with Antonio Citterio furnishings, Tobia Scarpa lighting, a bespoke marble bookshelf in Carrara and Verde delle Alpi, and a Fornasetti x Bisazza mosaic. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire ground-floor apartment and its exclusive-use 70 m² courtyard. The apartment is single-level and step-free inside. Entry is via smart lock, using either a door code or app. Other things to note Housekeeping: for stays of 4+ nights, an alternate-day light refresh is included after 12:00. This covers bins, surfaces and bathroom touch-up; linen changes are not included. For shorter stays, a light refresh may be requested for a small fee.
