Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise. The space The bedroom features a built-in closet and a comfortable king-size bed. The living room has a queen sized pull-out sofa couch that easily accommodates an additional two guests, making the space perfect for up to four people. You can enjoy entertainment with our Smart TV and built-in surround sound system, which creates an immersive and high-quality audio experience. Each room has its own climate control, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking for maximum comfort. The bathroom and kitchen are equipped with heated floors, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a small Induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, Air Fryer Microwave, and a full-size fridge, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. - Please note that there is no oven or dishwasher available in the apartment. In addition, we provide a full-size washing machine and dryer, allowing you to conveniently do laundry during your stay. Our space is stylishly furnished with modern décor and features unique touches that will make your stay comfortable and memorable. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring that you stay connected during your visit. Please note that this is an ADU located in the basement of our family home which means that you may experience some noise during the day. We will always try our best to minimize any noise, especially during quite hours (10:00pm - 6:00am). However, please keep in mind that if you enjoy sleeping in and are particularly sensitive to noise, the proximity to the kitchen may not be suitable for your preferences. We truly value your comfort, and we want to make sure you have all the necessary information before making your reservation. You will have access to our beautiful, fenced-in backyard during your stay. We also have a play structure and trampoline for your family to enjoy during your stay. Please feel free to use these amenities, but we kindly ask that you supervise any children using them and ensure that they are being used safely. Please note that the backyard is shared with our family. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy and enjoyment of others using the space. Thank you for your understanding! A personalized code will be sent to you 1 day prior to your arrival. There is parking for one car on the property, and plenty of safe & free street parking in front of the house. Other things to note We are located minutes from Bridle trails state park, and have a lush green neighborhood which is safe to walk in. Please note that we are a family home with two kids and a friendly, hypoallergenic dog who never gets into the unit. Because this is a basement unit, there is potential for occasional noise. There is also potential for a super cute dog sighting in the backyard. However, please be assured that we will do our best to minimize the noise during your stay. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and our property, so we have installed security cameras in common areas (these actively recording cameras record voice and video of backyard and front of house/driveway) of the Airbnb property. These cameras are only used to monitor the exterior of the property and are not intended to invade the privacy of our guests. We fully respect our guests' privacy and do not monitor the interior of the Airbnb unit or any private spaces.
