The space This 261-square-metre home sits on the top floor of a boutique character house that looks over the treetops to Manly village. Set away from the street noise, it has three bedrooms (two of which are huge, and one normal size), three living areas, a huge kitchen with breakfast bar, 2.5 bathrooms, a private garage, an ocean-view balcony and two private entrances that allow living on one level.
