Il Dolce far Niente is the perfect cozy space you're looking for. Set in the middle of the lovely village of La Serra di Lerici, the flat is sorrounded by colourful houses with a magical view of the Gulf of Poets. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing, the location is a really good starting point for days at the beach or hikes. 15/20 minute walk to the sea (down to the center of Lerici or Tellaro) and 25/30 minute walk to the woods (up to Monte Rocchetta). The space Il Dolce far niente is a studio flat, where you'll find the dining room area with a table and chairs, the bedroom area with a double bed and an area for clothes storage. On the other side of the flat you'll find a kitchen corner with a small fridge, hoven, kettle and everything you need for cooking. The other room is a bathroom where you'll find a sink, a bidet and a shower. Guest access The flat is exclusively for guests and has a private entrance from the building's staircase. Other things to note PARKING: The apartment is located of the pedestrian area 'La Serra di Lerici'. There's a small number of free parking close to the flat so normally (especially in the summer) we recommend parking the car along the road right past the village (5/10 minutes walk from the flat). THE BEACH: 10 minutes by car or bus to Lerici and its beaches. 15 minute walk to Tellaro (Rocks by the sea like 'Marina di Tellaro' - 'Grò' or the beach like 'Spiaggia of Fiascherino') 25 minute walk to Lerici (Rocks by the sea like 'Molo di Lerici' or the public beach like 'Venere Azzurra' or the private one called 'Lido') 35 minute walk to San Terenzo Beach 30 minutes from Montemarcello down to Punta Corvo (advanced hike to the beach, we suggest wearing proper shoes) TRANSPORTATION: By Bus: From La Serra you can go straight to Lerici and Montemarcello By Bus: From Lerici you can go to Tellaro - San Terenzo - Sarzana - La Spezia By Ferry Boat: From Lerici you can go to Porto Venere - Palmaria Island - 5 Terre Registration number IT011016C2FKTQVMDD
