Country House – La Cure

Recharge your batteries in this calm and stylish space where you will find your local shops and our local producers. On the program, swimming on the banks of the Sioule (200 m), equestrian center, nautical activity (fishing, canoeing), look at the local heritage, and many other discoveries await you (cooking equipment, children's equipment). Towels and bed linens are provided. Guests will benefit from free Wi-Fi, private parking, and a private garden. The space The number of beds is limited to 8 (+1 child if you squeeze a little) The house has: - a double bedroom (queen size) for two adults. It is located on the first floor, with independent access. - a double parental bedroom (queen size) with its integrated shower room (two adults) - one bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2); top bunk prohibited for children under 6 years of age. - a dual-aspect bedroom with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2). The dual-aspect bedroom is located in the middle of the first floor, which means that you have to go through this bedroom to access the master bedroom, the bedroom with bunk bed and the separate shower room and toilet which are located on the first floor after the dual-aspect bedroom. Finally, a pull-out bed remains a preferred extra bed for children because it is located rather close to the ground. Comfort will be much less for the two people who choose the dual-aspect bedroom. A bathroom and toilet are also available on the ground floor. Other things to note Before confirming the booking, we remind our guests that as a private individual (non-professional), we ask for guarantees when issuing access to the house. With vacation insurance, there's no need for a security deposit! The rental of the house is subject to the MANDATORY transmission of a copy of your vacation insurance (available in your multi-risk home contract). Vacation liability insurance = This is a set of guarantees, some of which are usually already included in your home insurance policy and protect you when you go on vacation. You should easily find this certificate on your personal home insurance space. (Downloadable in a few clicks). The copy of this certificate must be sent to us prior to your check-in. Otherwise, a security deposit of €500 (five hundred euros) in the form of either a check or a bank imprint on the platform (swikly) must be made. The deposit request is not debited and does not impact your credit card limit.
