The space SPECIAL AMENITIES & SPACES: ● Game Room w/ Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Xbox 360, PS3, Nintendo & more ● Dogs welcome ($50 fee per dog) ● Saw Creek Estates community access: Private ski area, 2 lakes, beach, fishing pond, 2 indoor & 4 outdoor pools, restaurant, indoor & outdoor sports courts (basketball, tennis), fitness center, walking trails, playgrounds ● Screened porch & open deck ● A/C in living room, loft, master bedroom & basement ● Master suite w/ king bed ● Gas fireplace ● Roku TVs - stream your favorite apps OTHER FEATURES: ● High-speed Wi-Fi ● Fully stocked & equipped kitchen ● Playset in backyard for the kids ● 2 single person kayaks w/ paddles & life vests (You will need to transport to and from the lake. A thule vehicle rack is also available.) ● Work desk ● Gas grill ● A/C - mini splits & portable unit ● Heat - mini splits & baseboards ● Pickleball & tennis equipment for the nearby courts ● Board games & books ● Baby/child supplies - books, toys, sound machine, audio baby monitor, booster seat, step stool, pack-n-play, high chair, etc. ● Sleeping arrangement = 4 beds: 1 king, 2 queen & 1 twin trundle (additional twin cot in closet), plus couches in living room & loft ● Washer & Dryer ● Coffee pot, Keurig machine & kettle with complimentary coffee & tea ● Ceiling fans + a portable fan ● Bluetooth speaker system in living room ● Surround sound speakers in loft ● Linens provided, including pool towels ● Yoga mats ● Iron & ironing board Guest access ● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed ● Saw Creek Estates community amenities (see Other Things to Note section for more details) ● Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles ● Be sure to check the Saw Creek Estates website or contact the office for amenity availability and schedules ● Early check-in and late-check out may be accommodated with a fee ($50 each). Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated. ● Late check-out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500 Other things to note ● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. ● This property can host a maximum of 10 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations. DOG FEE: ● $50 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. Guests are REQUIRED to register with Saw Creek Estates: ● FREE Registration. We cover the fee for you. ● A registration form will be sent to you that must be filled out immediately. ● Guests must send us a photo of their driver's license for gate access purposes Amenities Passes: ● 6 fobs provided for amenity access (Guests under 6 years of age do not need a fob) ● Additional amenity wristbands can be purchased at the Member Services Office for $20 a day per person. (Office hours are Monday, Wednesday-Saturday 9am-4pm) ● In case the passes are damaged or lost, there will be a charge of $100 per pass for replacement. Saw Creek Estates Amenity Schedule (Subject to change - check community website): ● Mill Pond indoor pool: Tuesday/Thursday 4 pm-8 pm Saturday 10 am-8 pm Sunday 10 am-6 pm ● TOW Indoor Pool: Monday-Friday 4 pm-8 pm Saturday 10 am-8 pm Sunday 10 am-6 pm A max. capacity of 50 people as determined by the Recreation Department. ● Mill Pond Beach: Open dawn to Dusk ● TOW Fitness Center: Monday-Saturday 9 am-8 pm Sunday 9 am-6 pm ● Zumba Class at TOW Fitness Center: Saturday 10:15 am. ● TOW Outdoor Pool - summer only ● Mill Pond Outdoor Pool - summer only ● Community Outdoor Pool - summer only ● Mt. Side Outdoor Pool - summer only ● Tiki Bar - summer only ● Snack Bar - summer only ● Access to the Saw Creek Estates community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay. ● Please note, the fees listed above are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Saw Creek Estates. ● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID. ● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. ● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed. ● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free. ● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid and Super Foodtown ● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
