It’s a few minutes drive to the shopping centre, and 10-minutes drive to the CBD. The space One room has a Queen double and the other a king single bed. Ample shelving and storage with study desk, LED lamp and chair. Entry to property is via a shared driveway which is infrequently used by our friendly maintenance and gardening staff. It’s much less frequently used than a motel/hotel driveway. Only your own cars will be parked in front of the house. One room is used for storage and is locked, but you are very welcome to view the room on request. - Powerful cooling and heating in each room (essential in Ballarat). Don’t settle for less in Ballarat weather. - For safety reasons, the log fire is not available for use. Instead the lounge is provided with a powerful 8kw reverse cycle air-con system to keep you cosy in Ballarat’s freezing winters. There may be sheep and/or alpacas in the paddock from time to time but the fencing keeps the sheep/alpacas away from house. Guest access There is also porch and walking track where guest are able to take in all the benefits nature has to offer. Other things to note Guests should note that sometimes there can be many birds in the morning. The sunset can be amazing on clear days and this can be a distraction to your normal evening routine.
