Feel at home in these 57m². Old-fashioned, simple yet well cared for, our home is fully equipped. It is quietly located in one of the typical historical backyard houses. Due to its very central location it is an ideal starting point to get to know the Budapest life and its sights. The space The living room is very spacious and is furnished with a large dining table, sofa set and gas-powered tiled stove. Here you will also find one of the single beds. There is another single bed in the mezzanine and a cosy double bed on the gallery. The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen with a new gas cooker and electric oven. Many of the furnishings are a little older, for example the bathtub or the parquet flooring, which is no longer very attractive. Other things such as the windows and the entrance door are completely new and the tiled oven is regularly inspected. Our family loves this flat because it is full of memories. The flat offers plenty of space for this. Welcome. Guest access During your stay the apartment is all yours. However, some closets and the pantry are locked. The closet in the hallway and the closet in the living room are free for your use. Other things to note Price for additional towels: One large and one small towel are provided free of charge per guest. Extra towels are available for €2 per towel. Please let us know if you need them. To lock the front door, move the door handle upwards. The door will also close automatically after 15 seconds if you do nothing. Even though it is self-closing, please check again that the door is locked when you leave the apartment. Please note that the tiled stove is the main source of heat. There are fan heaters in the bathroom and kitchen for heating, as well as electric heating in the connecting room. You will find instructions on how to start the stove in the apartment. Furthermore, the boiler is not sufficient to fill a bathtub with hot water. However, if you can do without a hot bath and are patient until the tiled stove has heated the entire apartment, you can still have a very pleasant time here even in the colder months. If you have reception problems with the TV, move the antenna (black rod on a base) located on the shelf next to the TV a little. Often, only a slight change is needed to restore good reception on the DVB-T device.
