Beach house - Fehmarn, sundeck

‘Sonnendeck’ is our cosy flat with about 70 sqm in which you can stay with up to 5 people. In addition to a cosy children's room with three single beds, you can spread out in another bedroom with a double bed. The living room overlooks the south-facing terrace - in summer, the terrace is like an additional outdoor living room with a beach chair and seating! The sea is always in sight! The garden is available for shared use. The space The large bedroom has a box-spring bed, which is super cosy. There is also a small secretary desk here, from which you can work if you need to. There is definitely plenty of inspiration here, as you look out into the garden and can also see the sea from here. The natural beach can be reached via the garden, which is available for shared use. When the evenings turn Caribbean, you can use the garden for a barbecue. We provide you with a Weber barbecue for this purpose. ‘Sonnendeck’ has underfloor heating throughout (except in the sleeping areas) and offers you a warming fireplace in the cooler months of the year. The kitchen is open to the living room and offers you everything you need in terms of appliances and equipment: ceramic hob, electric cooker with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine with pods, kettle, microwave and toaster are also included. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. In the basement, which you can reach via your hallway, we have installed a small sauna for you. You can cool off after your sauna session either directly in the Baltic Sea or in the free-standing bathtub with shower, which you will find next to the sauna. Bed linen and towels are not included in the booking and can be booked by you at a price of 35 euros per person. Just let me know if you would like this! In front of the house you will find your own car park ‘Sonnendeck’, a bicycle stand, as well as a possibility to charge an e-car (for a fee). Guest access "Sonnendeck" is located in the back part of the house. When you unlock the house, you will find yourself in the hallway, which also leads to an upper flat (our private flat). "Sonnendeck" is at ground level. Only the sauna and the access to the washing machine/dryer are one floor below in the basement. The parking space "Sonnendeck" is for you. The terrace belongs only to your flat and the garden is for your shared use. Other things to note Please understand that out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not permitted in "Sonnendeck". I am happy to provide bed linen and towels. Bed linen costs 25,- Euro per person. Dish towels, hand towels and bath towels 12,- Euro per person. As a set for 36,- Euro. Please inquire! Billing for this service is done separately via the administration on the island. Video conferences, home office and streaming are possible with “Starlink” with up to 250 Mbps.
