Enjoy two driveway parking spaces as well as additional street parking if needed. Other things to note - This is a brand-new home and the yard is under construction, so pardon our dust ;) - We are a family that lives above so little tiny footsteps/traffic may be heard. We try to have kids quiet down at 8:30 pm and morning starts around 8:00 am. We have insulated the floor as well as all walls to minimize sound. - We have chickens and a dog named Lilo.
