New private basement - Right by USU!

Welcome to our charming and new home in Logan, Utah! Located just minutes away from Utah State University and Logan Canyon. Enjoy a private separate entrance with a walk-out basement, keyless entry, and dedicated driveway parking. This custom home has a welcoming space with a brand new full-size modern kitchen, dining area, and living space. This guest suite is equipped with a separate furnace, AC unit and thermostat as well as a water heater and water softener. The space - Two bedrooms with closets, roller shades, and blackout curtains - Brand new king bed with an adjustable base and built-in massagers (Seriously!) - Two new twin XL beds with brand-new sheets and pillows - High-speed internet - Washer and dryer room with a dedicated wash sink - Large storage room for food or other items - Firestick smart TV (Netflix, Chromecast, etc) - Coffee maker (Coffee as well as hot chocolate provided) - Dual ice maker in the fridge (Pebble ice as well as cubed ice for all ice lovers) Guest access You will have access to a separate entrance that takes you into a private 1,200 sqft daylight/walk-out basement suite. Please note that the pathway down the side of the house to the entrance is gravel. It’s best to carry your bags. Enjoy two driveway parking spaces as well as additional street parking if needed. Other things to note - This is a brand-new home and the yard is under construction, so pardon our dust ;) - We are a family that lives above so little tiny footsteps/traffic may be heard. We try to have kids quiet down at 8:30 pm and morning starts around 8:00 am. We have insulated the floor as well as all walls to minimize sound. - We have chickens and a dog named Lilo. She is extremely friendly, especially with kids. If you would prefer not to interact with her, just let us know!
