This is a City of Pacifica ordinance) • No parking complaints from neighbors. We provide four designated parking spaces—please discuss with the host in advance if additional parking is needed. Guest access There are four parking spots per reservation. When you book, we will be asking on our check-in form how many cars to expect. Our property is wheelchair accessible. Other things to note Welcome to our peaceful boutique spa sanctuary, nestled atop a quiet hillside with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, just east of the Pacifica Municipal Pier. We cater to out-of-market guests who have a prior 5-star rental history. We are in a residential neighborhood, and this is our home. We really like our neighbors, and we want you to get along with them, too. We appreciate your respecting our home and our belongings when you're our guests, and we will bend over backward to give you the 5-star experience you expect when you select our listing. Each pet guest must be pre-approved and is welcome to stay for a per pet per stay fee of $100. There is a max of two pets per booking, and each pet requires a separate pet waiver. We also require that any pet guest be on current flea and tick treatment and request the last treatment date, so please treat your pet at the time of booking. Thanks very much for the consideration!
