The complex has security 24/7 Other things to note - The apt will come with a couple of toilet papers rolls per toilet and one paper towel. If you need more you can buy from several places around like gas station, Amigo supermarket or Walgreens that sells per single rolls. Please do not throw any other paper than toilet paper down the toilet because it will clogged the toilet. You will be responsible for the plumber fee to unclogged the toilet in the event it was clogged with paper. -In Puerto Rico it is not uncommon to experience a temporary power outage. In the majority of the cases will come back shortly. There are flashlights and lanterns inside the property in case you need them. -One shower towel and one beach towel per guest are provided. -We don’t provide washcloths. -As of summer 2024 there is a company working on the replacement of the elevators.
