Dario and Emanuel (the cousins) will happily host you in their apartment. Recently renovated, it is very cozy and comfortable, and its proximity to the beach makes it unique (Cala Guitgia area, about 30 m from the sea). Not far from both the center and the other main beaches. The terrace overlooking the sea is perfect for having lunch or dinner outdoors or simply for chilling. If relaxation and comfort are what you are looking for, our apartment is suitable for you, We are waiting for you! The space - 5 beds divided into 2 bedrooms. One double and a single in the first bedroom and a double in the second room; - The bathroom has a shower with siphon and hand shower and sockets for the hair dryer (included); - The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge/freezer, filter hood, oven, a complete set of pots, pans, plates, and cutlery; - Both bedrooms have air conditioning, TV, night tables, and wardrobes. - The entire apartment is covered by a wi-fi connection. Guest access All guests of the apartment have access to the terrace overlooking the sea and the barbecue area. The grill and the barbecue equipment must be requested in advance (wood, coal, and similar are not included). Adequate behavior during the night hours in respect of the neighborhood is appreciated. The terrace is shared with the guests of an adjacent apartment. Other things to note SMOKING POLICY: - The apartment is NO SMOKING - It's forbidden to smoke in the house even with the windows open or looking out the window. However, it is possible to smoke safely on the terrace or in the barbecue area while respecting the environment and using the ashtrays provided. - Penalties will be adopted in case of violation of the NO SMOKING conduct. PARKING LOTS: - It is possible to find car parking in the street adjacent to the apartment quite easily (free, unattended). The street is usually quiet and with little traffic.
