Come and enjoy the calm of the estuary in our Shabby-style house. It will open its doors to a large and charming shaded garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the countryside and practice barbecuing. Ideally located on the wine routes, you will also be close to Blaye, Bordeaux, St Emilion and about 1 hour from the beaches. The space Old house on 2 levels: On the ground floor, the house consists of a large living room, a dining room with a table that can accommodate up to 10 people, an independent kitchen, a large laundry room, bathrooms and finally a veranda opening onto the garden. Upstairs is the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for a 4th bedroom which is not for rent as well as a cabinet in the living room in which we store our private property and personal papers, all locked.
