The apartment is spacious, with a large open space living, full kitchen and dining area, a large bedroom with a big closet, an office/den open to the living area, a 3-piece bathroom and a laundry room. All living areas are covered with luxury vinyl flooring for your comfort. Our entire home is eco-friendly - with the following features: - Heat pump for heating and cooling - Energy star appliances - EV car charger - Recycling (compost and plastic/paper/metal/etc) - LED lights throughout - We prefer doing the laundry during off-peak hours (7PM to 7AM and the weekends) - Green cleaning products - Smart thermostat (Ecobee) - Sustainable flooring - and more... Temperature: - The house is heated and cooled with a heat-pump, and a furnace in the coldest winter days - We set up the Ecobee Smart Thermostat to keep temperature stable for all rooms Guest access The apartment has a seperate entrance through the fenced private backyard, through a newly constructure path and a few steps. The unit is located in the basement, it is private, separated from the main house where we live. You will have access to the entire unit as described above. Free parking in the driveway. Other things to note If you keep Kosher and Shabbat: - We can help you with ordering Kosher food for Shabbat - We have a water urn and a hot-plate that we can provide by request. If you have a baby: - We can provide a pack-and-play by request If you have an EV car: - We have a charger (J1772) that you will be able to use.
