Get the full experience of nature and privacy while still being 2 minutes away from Starbucks, 5 miles away from fine dining and shopping, 2 minutes away from the freeway, and close to many hospitals! This beautifully remodeled studio has a BRAND NEW bathroom and new flooring throughout, along with wifi, a/c, and a private patio. It is the perfect home away from home. The space KITCHEN-This newly remodeled apartment features a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dining nook. Complete with a full sized range stove, full sized fridge, coffee maker and microwave, it has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. LIVING AREA- The space features a full sized bed, a Smart Roku TV , wifi , and dresser. It has a seating area with a full sized sleeper sofa/futon for your convenience. You will also find a spacious closet. The hallway between the living area and bathroom features a nook with additional storage space. BATHROOM- Our luxurious bathroom is top of the line with an extra large tub and tile to complete a modern look. The brand new extra large vanity and sink boast new marble countertops. A hair dryer, towels, basic toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. In this space you will also find your very own washer and dryer. GROUNDS- Feel safe in our beautiful gated community in a great neighborhood. This will be your home away from home, so safety should be at the top of your list. There are only a few houses on the property with big distances between each. Your studio is an attached ADU to one of the houses but a completely separate space with its own entrance (think of it like a duplex). You will also have a private patio with patio table and chairs and a dedicated parking space on the property. Our goal is for you to feel at home and enjoy your stay, so please let us know if you have any questions or if you have any special requests. Guest access You will be given a gate remote to open the gate. You will also be given a door code to access your studio through a smart lock. Other things to note CONSIDERATIONS Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. But please let me know if you need a different time and I will do my best to accommodate. *Note that there is one dog (german shepherd) on premises that resides with main home owner, but is well-trained, friendly and only has access to a separate/fenced private patio located on the other side of the home. *Note, there is nearby work being done on nearby home. I live on site and work from home and don't notice any noise while inside, specially since its only during work hours. It's a very quiet neighborhood overall, just wanted to disclose for anyone that works nights and might be very sensitive to noise during the day. NOTE: stainless steel refrigerator and washer and dryer are not shown in photos. They are being installed this week and will be ready at check-in. FEES $250 one time cleaning fee HOUSE RULES: -no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property -no pet policy -no parties or events allowed -2 occupants maximum -out of consideration to neighbors, quiet hours begin at 9pm -do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property *$300 fee may be incurred if breach of any of these rules occurs, you may be asked to vacate premises* We look forward to hosting you!
